How to Make It

Step 1

Place mozzarella cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven on 375F/ 190C for about 5 minutes. Watch for it to begin to bubble and edges to start to brown a little. Then remove from the oven.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, scallion, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Put a spoonful of mixture on each cheese slice and then fold in half on a diagonal.

Step 3

Pinch the edges and put back in the oven for a minute or 2. Transfer to a serving dish. garnish with more chopped scallion and serve!

  • Crab Meat 4 oz
  • Garlic powder 0.5 tsp
  • Scallions 1 tbsp, chopped
