Ultimate Keto Coconut Mojito Mocktail
This Coconut Mojito is the ultimate Keto holiday mocktail recipe you can prepare this year. It's wonderfully refreshing combination of coconut and lime for a different mojito flavor that will impress everybody. How to Make It
Step 1
Prepare your serving glasses or jars. Divide the mint leaves among two serving glasses. Pour half of the lime juice into each glass (1.5 tablespoons of juice per glass).
Step 2
Optionally, slice one lime and add a few lime slices to each glass for decoration. Pour in the coconut milk equally between the two glasses.
Step 3
Divide the ice between two glasses. Slowly pour in the seltzer. Garnish with extra mint and lime. Serve immediately!

- Reduced Fat Coconut Milk 0.5 cup
- Lemon Lime, Sparkling Seltzer Water 0.75 can
- Lime juice, canned, bottled or boxed 3 tbsp
- Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
- Ice / Ice cubes 1 cup
