How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly chop the salad greens. Slice the cherry tomatoes. Peel and roughly chop the avocado. Peel and slice the onion. Slice the cucumber and radishes. Add the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, avocado, and radishes to a bowl. Toss to combine.

Step 2

Roughly chop the mint, coriander, and basil. Finely chop the chili. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add the mint, coriander, basil, chili, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, and sweetener to a small bowl. Mix to combine.

Step 3

Taste the dressing and optionally add some more sweetener. Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Step 4

Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve. Transfer to serving plates. Enjoy!

  • Hot chili peppers, green, raw – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 100 ml
  • Lime juice, canned, bottled or boxed – 0.25 cup
  • Red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Granulated Allulose – 2 tsp
