How to Make It
Step 1
Peel the beet and chop it into small cubes. Peel the ginger and finely chop the spinach. Measure out the almond milk, chia seeds, and lemon juice.
Step 2
To a blender, add the beets, ginger, spinach, lemon, chia seeds, and almond milk. Add the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Taste the smoothie and add a few drops of stevia if desired. Pour it into a glass. Serve immediately.
