How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine Pyure, molasses, cinnamon and egg white together. Stir well.

Step 2

Mix in pecans until thoroughly coated with cinnamon mixture.

Step 3

Place pecans on a baking sheet and spread them apart with a spoon. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until browned. Let them cool completely. Once cooled, they will crisp up and be very addictive!

  • Molasses, Robust Or Mild – 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • Egg Whites – 1 large egg white
  • Pecans – 3 cup, halves
