Add the coconut oil, coconut cream, tahini, maple-flavored syrup, and salt to a food processor. Blend well to combine. The mixture should be thick, smooth, and creamy. Taste the mixture and add extra sweetener if desired.
Line a small freezer-safe tray/mold with baking paper. We have used a 6 x 3 inch tray. Pour the tahini mixture into the lined tray. Make sure that the mixture is even and level.
Cover the tray and carefully transfer it to the freezer. Leave the mixture to set and firm for one hour. Once set, carefully remove the halva from the tray. Slice into 6 even squares to serve.
