How to Make It
Step 1
Add the meatless grounds to the bottom of an air fryer basket with no rack inserted—Cook at 350 F for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the basket from the air fryer and add avocado oil, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, dark chili powder, and ground cumin to the mixture. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes at 350 F.
Step 3
In the meantime, prepare the bowls by filling them with shredded lettuce. Top the lettuce with the meatless mixture.
Step 4
Then top each bowl with chopped vegan cheese, black olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, and sliced poblano pepper (optional).
