Chia seed pudding is one of the easiest

How to Make It

Step 1

In a quart-sized container, combine add the milk.

Step 2

Add the chia seeds and give them a good stir.

Step 3

Top the container with a lid, and place in the fridge overnight. Stir them several times before allowing the mixture to go overnight as the seeds tend to clump to the bottom which prevents the entire mixture from thickening. Stirring it a couple of times prevents this from happening.

Step 4

The next day, once the pudding has thickened, pour a serving of pudding into a bowl.

Step 5

Top each bowl with fresh blueberries, 2 tbsp of almond butter and 1 square of dark chocolate chopped. Serve immediately.

  • Chia Seeds – 6 tablespoon, whole pieces
  • Blueberries – 4 tablespoon, whole pieces
  • Almond Butter – 8 tablespoon
