Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cashews and olive oil in a bowl.
Combine all the seasonings, except for the lime juice and cilantro, and sprinkle them over the cashews. Combine thoroughly with a spatula.
Line a sheet pan with wax paper, and spread the seasoned cashews across the pan. Bake the nuts on a low rack in the oven for approx. 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Allow the cashews to cool completely. Just before serving, give the nuts a fresh squeeze of lime and garnish with cilantro.
