Thinly slice the cabbage and onion. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add the cabbage, onion and garlic. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes to soften a little, stirring often.
Add the ground pork to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Pan fry – stirring often, until the pork is browned all over.
Add the tamari sauce, lakanto syrup and sesame oil. Stir to combine. Pan fry for a few minutes more until the vegetables are tender and the pork is entirely cooked through. You may add more or less flavorings as desired to suit your personal taste.
