How to Make It

Step 1

Add the frozen berries and water to a pot over medium heat. Cook the berries until they’re soft enough to mash with a fork. Take the pot off the heat, and use a fork to puree the berries and water together.

Step 2

Juice the orange and lemon. Strain the berry puree into a large jar or container. Add the juice of the orange and lemons to the jar together with the monk fruit sweetener. Stir, cover, and keep the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.

Step 3

Once the fruit juice is cold, stir the drink and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh lemon slices. Store any leftover fruit punch in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
