How to Make It
Step 1
Thinly slice the cabbage, onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat and add the pork, cabbage, onion and garlic. Stir well to combine and pan fry for 10 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked through and the cabbage is tender and wilted.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper and stir through the lemon juice to serve.
