How to Make It

Step 1

Combine the chicken thighs with the soy sauce, fish sauce, gochujang paste, sliced white parts of the scallion, and sesame seed oil. Mix the paste into the sauce as well as the chicken.

Step 2

Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Step 3

Preheat a grill to 450 F. Sear the chicken thighs on the first side for several minutes. Wait until they develop an excellent grill pattern.

Step 4

Flip the chicken thighs and cook on the other side for several minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature is 165 F.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Broilers Or Fryers Thigh Meat Only Raw – 3.75 lb
  • Sauce Soy – 0.5 cup
  • Fish sauce (nam pla or nuoc mam) – 1 tbsp
  • Gochujang Red Pepper Paste – 6 tbsp
  • Scallions – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Sesame oil – 2 tsp
