How to Make It

Step 1

Thinly slice the radishes and add to a serving bowl with the arugula and cranberries. Season to taste and toss to combine.

Step 2

Add the walnuts to a dry skillet and drizzle over the syrup. Toast gently over a low/medium heat for 3-4 minutes, coating the walnuts in the syrup.

Step 3

Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.

Step 4

Scatter over the caramelized walnuts.

Step 5

Whisk together the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad to serve.

  • Radish, Raw – 4 medium – 3/4″ to 1″ diameter
  • Arugula – 2 cup
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts – ¼ cup
  • Feta Cheese – ¼ cup
  • Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto – ½ tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar – ½ tablespoon
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray – 1 tablespoon
