How to Make It

Step 1

Whisk together eggs and heavy cream in a small mixing bowl. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. If your chili powder has salt in it, you may only need to add an extra pinch of salt.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the eggs. Cook the eggs while stirring them slowly until the eggs are scrambled.

Step 3

Transfer the eggs to one side of a Keto tortilla wrap or one of the suggested wrap substitutes. Next, cook bacon in your pan on high heat until the bacon is crispy. Once the bacon has cooled for a minute, add it to your eggs on the wrap.

Step 4

Next to the eggs, add a strip of shredded cheddar cheese. Lay thin-sliced avocado and green bell pepper on top of the cheese. Carefully roll your wrap to make the burrito, and slice it in half if you wish.

  • Raw egg – 2 large
  • Cream Heavy Whipping – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.13 tsp
  • Black pepper – 0.13 tsp
  • Cumin, ground – 0.13 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 0.13 tsp
  • Chili powder – 0.13 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1.5 tsp
  • Keto Tortilla – 1 tortilla
  • Bacon, pork – 2 slice – 6″ long
  • Cheddar cheese, natural – 1.5 tbsp, shredded
  • Avocado – 0.5 oz
  • green bell pepper – 0.5 oz
