Slice the broccoli into 2 ‘steaks’, roughly a half inch thick. Add to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender. Remove from the pan and pat dry.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Divide the passata evenly between the two broccoli steaks and season to taste.
Scatter over the grated mozzarella and dried oregano.
Thinly slice the olives and arrange over the mozzarella.
Transfer the pizza topped broccoli steaks to the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is cooked through. Scatter with fresh basil to serve.
