How to Make It

Step 1

Sprinkle a teaspoon of the shredded coconut into each of your four lolly molds. Add the yogurt, syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth.

Step 2

Divide the yogurt mixture evenly between the 4 moulds.

Step 3

Insert the lolly sticks and transfer to a freezer for 3-4 hours to set or until frozen.

  • Lime Juice, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
