Guacamole is such a delicious

How to Make It

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in avocado and lime juice. Mash avocado and lime together. I like to use a nice ripe avocado and one on the firmer side which I can dice up so there will be larger pieces of avocado within the mash.

Step 2

Add in finely diced tomatoes and red onion. Add in coarsely chopped cilantro. Also, add the salt.

Step 3

Mix together gently. Taste and adjust with more salt or lime juice as needed for your preference.

  • Avocado – 6-½ ounce
  • Lime Juice, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
  • Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton – ¼ tsp
  • Tomato – 2 tablespoon, chopped
  • Red Onion – 2 tablespoon, chopped
  • Cilantro – 4 tablespoon
