How to Make It
Step 1
Pour the maple syrup into a mug. Add the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk well to combine.
Step 2
Brew half a cup of coffee. Pour it over the maple and spice mixture and whisk. You can add more maple syrup (or another sweetener) at this stage if you prefer a sweeter latte.
Step 3
Heat and froth the coconut milk. Pour it over the spiced coffee and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
