How to Make It
Step 1
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over a low/medium heat. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the pan along with the cumin seeds and onion. Sweat gently until tender and fragrant. Add the cauliflower rice, turmeric, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Step 2
Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until the rice is tender and scatter with fresh cilantro to serve.
