This turkey and swiss cheese cup recipe is a super easy

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray 6 muffin tins with pan spray. Then, line each muffin tin with a slice of turkey. You can gently fold the edges over each other so they fit in the tins. Fill each cup with about ⅛ c. of the swiss cheese.

Step 2

Whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese in the turkey cups.

Step 3

Bake the muffin tins on a low rack in the oven for about 18 minutes or until the edges become golden and the egg has cooked through. Enjoy hot while the cheese is still melted and gooey!

Ingredients

  • Turkey – 6 slice – each 1 ounce
  • Swiss Cheese – ¾ cup, shredded
  • Raw Egg – 2 large
  • Salt – 0.12 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – 0.12 teaspoon
