Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Lay 3 slices of turkey down on the tray and set a slice of mozzarella cheese in the center of each one. Bake the tray in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Once the tray is out of the oven, spread the arugula evenly across the melted cheese slices. At the end of each cheese slice, place one piece of bacon cooked to your liking.
Roll up each slice of turkey and enjoy while hot!
