How to Make It
Step 1
Finely chop the peppers and cilantro. Add to a mixing bowl along with the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.
Step 2
Divide the tuna mayo evenly between the four slices of ham, creating a strip close to one edge.
Step 3
Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap and you have a tight tube around the tuna mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
