How to Make It
Step 1
Thinly slice the mushrooms and scallion. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add the mushrooms and scallion and pan fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Add the tamari sauce and sesame oil and cook for a further minute or two until the mushrooms are soft and golden and the liquid has all been absorbed.
Step 3
Toss with the coconut flakes and chopped fresh cilantro to serve.
