Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Thinly slice the mushrooms and add to the skillet, cook through for 6-7 minutes until browned all over and tender.
Add the tahini and tamari and stir well, melting the tahini into the mushrooms. Cook briefly until the mushrooms are golden and coated in tamari and tahini. Serve hot.
