How to Make It

Step 1

Add the xylitol to a food processor and blend on a high speed setting to form a fine powder – about 4 minutes.

Step 2

Add the powdered xylitol to a food processor with the tahini, coconut oil, cocoa powder, chia seeds and sesame seeds. Mix well to combine evenly.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to the fridge to firm for 20 minutes before dividing into 12 even balls.

Step 4

Transfer the energy balls back to the fridge to firm for a further 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

  • Xylitol by Now – ⅓ cup
  • Tahini Sesame Paste by Woodstock – ¼ cup
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder by Ghirardelli – ⅓ cup
  • Coconut Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Sesame Seeds – 2 tablespoon
  • Chia Seed Black by Nutiva – 1-½ tbsp
