How to Make It

Step 1

Add the eggs, syrup, milk, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Pour in the beaten egg, allow to settle for a moment.

Step 3

Scramble with a wooden spoon until cooked through.
