Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, erythritol, and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix well to combine. Make sure to break any lumps.
Finely chop the cashews. To a bowl, add the heavy cream, eggs, and cashews. Using a hand mixer, beat until fully incorporated.
Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Scoop a large tablespoon of the prepared mixture and put it in the hot oil. Optionally, gently shape it into a ball before adding it to the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Line a large plate with a paper towel. Remove the hush puppies from the oil and transfer them to the prepared plate. Set them aside to cool or serve them immediately.
