Add the almonds to a mixing bowl with the oil, xylitol, salt, cinnamon and paprika. Toss well to combine, ensuring the nuts are evenly coated in the seasonings.
Arrange the almonds evenly across the lined baking tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, turning regularly and ensuring they do not burn.
