How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Arrange the kale leaves in an even layer across the lined oven tray.
Step 3
Scatter over the paprika, zest, salt and pepper and drizzle the syrup.
Step 4
Drizzle over the olive oil and use your hands to massage the oil, syrup and seasonings into the kale.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until crisp, turning halfway through. Set aside to cool and crisp further.
