How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Sprinkle over a heaped teaspoon of ground coriander, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, using your hands to coat the wings in the spices and seasonings.

Step 2

Add the tomato paste, tamari sauce, lakanto syrup, lemon juice, and sesame oil to a small bowl. Whisk together to combine until smooth. You may adjust the flavorings as desired to suit your preference.

Step 3

Arrange the chicken wings across a large shallow oven tray. Brush the marinade evenly all over the wings until well coated. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until completely cooked through, lightly charred, and golden all over. Serve with your favorite low carb sides.
