How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350F/180C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, and olive oil to a bowl. Toss to combine.

Step 2

Add the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and salt and toss again to combine. Spread the mixture out onto the baking sheet. Transfer to the oven.

Step 3

Bake for 8 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and mix. Bake for another 3-5 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the tray from the oven and let the trail mix cool. Store in an airtight container. Serve as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Blanched Almond Slices / Flaked Almonds – 0.5 cup
  • Cashews, raw – 0.5 cup, whole pieces
  • Walnuts – 0.5 cup
  • Sunflower seeds – 0.25 cup, whole pieces
  • Pumpkin seeds – 0.25 cup
  • Avocado oil – 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne – 1 tsp
  • Smoked / Sweet Paprika – 0.25 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 0.5 tsp
  • Salt – 0.25 dash
