This smokey, mildly spiced slaw, is packed with low carb veggies and a deliciously rich and creamy dressing.Simple to throw together, yet full of flavor, this tangy slaw is the perfect accompaniment to our pulled BBQ pork and serves as a filling

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the sliced cabbage and fennel to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and fennel and stir to combine, ensuring all the vegetables are coated in the sauce.

Step 4

Slice the scallions and scatter over the slaw. Stir them through the mixture.

Step 5

Serve the slaw with BBQ pulled pork or as a side to roast chicken.

  • Sour Cream – 1 tablespoon
  • Scallions – 2 medium

  • Cumin Seed India Ground by Penzeys Spices – ½ tsp
  • Lemon Peel Raw – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice Raw – ½ lemon yields
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ tsp
