This simple yet flavorsome pulled turkey is easy to prepare and the slow cooker does all the hard work for you.
Season the turkey all over with salt and pepper and add to the slow cooker.
Mince the garlic and add to the slow cooker along with the fresh herbs and chicken stock. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours until tender and falling off the bone.
