How to Make It
Step 1
Peel the cucumber into long thin strips.
Step 2
Thinly slice the pepper into strips and the radishes into matchsticks. Finely slice the scallions. Add to the bowl with the cucumber and toss to combine.
Step 3
Whisk together the oils, tamari, maple flavored syrup and chili flakes.
Step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Scatter over the sesame seeds and fresh parsley to serve.
