How to Make It

Step 1

Butterfly a chicken breast and season it with all the listed ingredients except the olive oil.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and place in the chicken. Cook on both sides for about 5 minutes until the breast has a golden brown char all over.

Step 3

Either slice to set over a salad or store as a whole piece for later!
