How to Make It

Step 1

Add the arugula/spinach mix to a plate and drizzle on the olive oil. Add a sprinkle of salt.

Step 2

Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.

Step 3

Add a pinch of salt to each half. Then top them with diced smoked salmon and green onions.

Step 4

Add a dollop of sour cream to the plate as well.
