How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly tear the lettuce, thinly slice the onion and bell pepper, dice the avocado and roughly chop the cucumber. Add to a large serving bowl along with the capers, and tear in the fresh basil.

Step 2

Flake in the salmon and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and toss to combine.

  • Capers – 2 teaspoon
  • Red Bell Peppers, Sweet, Raw Or Blanched, Marinated In Oil Mixture – 1 small
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Basil, Fresh – 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado – ½ each
  • Red Onion – ¼ small
  • Cucumber – ¼ medium
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
