How to Make It

Roughly chop the peppers and add to a food processor along with the basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon zest and salt. Pulse together to combine. Taste and season further if required.

Add the olive oil to the food processor.

Blend again until you have a pesto consistency. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
