How to Make It
Step 1
Finely slice the onion, fennel and cabbage and mince the onion. Melt the butter in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat and add the sliced vegetables.
Step 2
Fry the vegetables for a few minutes until tender then add the spinach, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and stir through the spinach until just wilted. Serve immediately.
