How to Make It
Step 1
Thinly slice the radishes, finely chop the scallions and dill and add to a mixing bowl along with the lemon juice, capers, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Step 2
Add the creme fraiche and mayonnaise and stir well, coating the vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
