This flavorsome keto dip is packed with low carb radish, tangy lemon, aromatic chives and blended with creamy butter and cream cheese.This is a great dip for low carb veggies, crackers or even crispy bacon!
Roughly dice the radishes and add to a food processor along with the garlic clove. Pulse well to combine.
Add the cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper and blend again until well combined and semi smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Finely slice the chives and add to the bowl and stir through. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
