Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.
Finely chop the cranberries and fresh herbs. Add them to a mixing bowl along with the ground pork, Parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix together well.
Divide the mixture evenly into 12 meatballs.
Transfer the meatballs to the lined oven tray and bake for 18 minutes or until completely cooked through.
Whilst the meatballs are cooking, add the cranberries, syrup and water to a small pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and crush the cranberries with a fork.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until you have a thick jam.
Skewer the meatballs with cocktail sticks.
Serve the meatballs alongside the cranberry jam.
