This Keto Pico de Gallo includes all the classic flavors of the traditional salsa with a splash of olive oil for a dose of healthy fats.Perfect for topping fajitas, steaks or with our keto butterflied lime chicken and pico de gallo.

How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly dice the tomatoes and onion and add to a mixing bowl.

Step 2

De-seed and finely chop the chilli and roughly chop the cilantro. Add to the bowl with the tomato and onion.

Step 3

Season and drizzle over the lime juice and olive oil. Toss well to combine.

Ingredients

  • Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma) – 2 medium – 2 3/5″ diameter
  • Lime Juice, Fresh – 2 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Red Onion – ½ small
  • Cilantro – ½ cup, chopped
  • Hot Chili Peppers, Red, Raw – ¼ each – approx 4″ – 6″ long
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
