Your favorite parmesan crisp just got upgraded with pepperoni pizza toppings! This
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 1 TB portions of parmesan on your tray, spreading them out into thin circles.
Slice and arrange small slices of pepperoni on each portion of parmesan. Follow this by sprinkling the seasonings over each portion.
Bake the tray for about 12-14 minutes, until the parmesan bubbles, turns golden, and hardens into a chip.
