How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 F. Prepare an 8” x 8” baking dish by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla together.

Step 2

Add the eggs and combine well with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Mix the dry ingredients together (almond flour, peanut butter powder, baking powder and salt).

Step 4

Add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined well. Add the chocolate chips and fold them in until they are well dispersed.

Step 5

Spread the dough into the baking dish.

Step 6

Bake for 22-23 minutes or until the center of the blondies is puffed and cooked through. Allow to cool before attempting to slice and unmold the blondies.

  • Butter – ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar Replacement by Swerve – 1 cup
  • Raw Egg – 2 large
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Almond Flour – 2 cup
  • All Natural Powdered Peanut Butter by Pb & M’e – ½ cup
  • Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Kosher Salt by No Name – ¼ tsp
  • Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free – ¾ cup, whole pieces – regular
