Preheat your oven to 300F/145C. Thinly slice the peaches and transfer to a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sweetener and toss.
To a bowl, add the almond flour, 4 tbsp sweetener, and salt. Whisk well, then add the butter. Mix using a spatula or spoon until crumbly.
Cover the peaches with the dough. Bake for 25 minutes until the peaches are soft, and the crumble is golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with Keto ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy immediately.
