How to Make It
Step 1
Add the heavy cream to a bowl and beat using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add the peanut butter and allulose and beat again until incorporated.
Step 2
Scoop ¼ of the peanut butter mousse to each glass. Add 1 tbsp of jam to each glass and spread. Top with the remaining mousse and finish off with ½ tbsp of jam to each glass (don’t spread; keep it as a dollop on top)
Step 3
Top with chopped peanuts or fresh black berries. Store in the fridge.
