Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the avocado into 8 even wedges.
Sprinkle over the grated Parmesan and roll the avocado slices in the cheese, pressing gently so it sticks.
Tear each prosciutto slice in half and wrap a half around each avocado slice. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the prosciutto is crisp and golden.
