How to Make It

Step 1

Add the pumpkin seeds to a food processor and pulse to combine.

Step 2

Blend the nuts until they form a very fine crumb – you may need to stop and start the blender to prevent overheating.

Step 3

Add the coconut oil and salt and sweetener if required. Blend to a smooth butter. This may take some time depending on the strength of your blender. Ensure you do not allow the machine to overheat.
